Shipping

Upon purchase, a shipping and handling fee of $5.99 will be added to each order. This fee is waived for orders totaling $75 or more. Most of our products are shipped within 48 business hours. We ship Best-Way which includes FedEx, UPS, and USPS, so you must use a physical address. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day.

AT THIS TIME, WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY.

Returns

Your business is important to us, and we are here to assist with any questions you may have regarding your order. Please call or email us during our normal business hours, and a representative will be able to assist you. All inquiries are answered in the order in which they are received. Requests made outside of our normal business hours are addressed as soon as possible.

I’m not sure I want to feel whole body vitality, can I send stuff back?

Totally. Maybe you picked the wrong product or your finger slipped and you ordered 120 instead of 12, we’ve definitely done that before. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Reserveage.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or defective items are eligible for exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue you a refund or store credit accordingly.

If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card via your original method of payment.

Please allow 15 business days for your return to be delivered, processed, and refunded.

NOTE: Shipping costs are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Proof of Purchase
Please note that refunds, replacements, and exchanges are only issued for products that were purchased directly through www.reserveage.com

You must be able to provide a purchase confirmation number from your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. We will not accept returns for merchandise that was purchased from anywhere other than the official Reserveage website.
