Are the website prices the same as in store prices?
We are selling directly, therefore prices and promotions may vary. But we promise that the quality never changes, no matter where you find our supplements.
Do I need to set up an account to purchase from the website?
Nope. But if you want to make one it’s super easy and it makes ordering easy, too.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
- To change your account password go reserveage.com and navigation up to the account icon in the top menu.
- On the log-in screen you’ll see a “Forgot your password?” link. Click that.
- From here you will enter the email for your account and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset.

What is your privacy policy?

Where do I enter my coupon/discount code?
Once you are finished shopping, you will see a place in your cart to add a coupon code. Apply it, save some money, and maybe even do a happy dance (that last part is optional).

How do I change my subscription frequency?
Want to slow things down or change things up? Let’s make it happen.
- Go to reserveage.com and click the account icon in the top right cornerLog into your Account
- Click the Subscriptions tab once logged in. This will take you to the ReCharge portal.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab in the ReCharge portal
- Click into the subscription you want to edit
- Select Delivery Schedule, make desired adjustments and press Update.
How do I resume my subscription?
Our door is always open, we’d love to welcome you back.
- Go to reserveage.com and click the account icon in the top right corner
- Log into your Account and click the Subscriptions tab once logged in. This will take you to the ReCharge portal.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab in the ReCharge portal.
- Click “RE-ACTIVATE” on the subscription you want to resume.
- A confirmation screen will slide out, confirm that you want to resume your subscription by pressing “RE-ACTIVATE”.
What are the benefits of having a subscription?
With subscriptions, you have one less thing to worry about. We’ll keep a stream of the supplements you need coming, so you’ll never be without them. Saving you time and making your life easier.

When will I receive my order each month?
Whenever works for you. You can schedule your time of delivery.
- Go to reserveage.com and click the account icon in the top right corner
- Log into your Account and click the “Subscriptions” tab. This will take you to the ReCharge portal.
- Go to the Delivery Schedule tab in the Recharge portal. Here you will see upcoming deliveries for all of your subscriptions.
- From here you can Skip, Unskip or Edit your deliveries.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Buying for a friend? You’re awesome. You can ship to another person’s address as long as it is within the US.
Do you ship internationally?
Short answer? No. Long answer? No and we’re bummed about it.
Do you ship to a PO box?
Yes we do!
What is the minimum for free shipping?
Score free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
What is your delivery time?
Usually between 5-7 business days, depending on where you are located and weather permitting.
Where are you shipping my order from?
All orders are shipped from Boca Raton, Florida. We like to think of them as healthy little care packages from the Sunshine State.
Who is your shipping carrier service?
We ship Best-Way which includes FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?
If you have provided us with your email, you’ll receive a tracking number once the order has been fulfilled by our warehouse.
Returns
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
All products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee beginning on the date of purchase. During those 30 days you may use any Reserveage product absolutely risk free! We’re sure you’ll love our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within the return window to send back any unused product and the bottle for the cost of shipping – only $5.99. We will provide you with a shipping label to use for your return. Once your return is received, we will refund the original form of payment. This guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser from www.Reserveage.com and does not apply to Reserveage products purchased on other websites or platforms.
Do you have free returns?
If we messed up your order on our end we’d be happy to pay for your return. If we made a mistake, we’ll send you a return label at no cost, and we’ll also apologize. Our bad.
How do I cancel my order?
We work hard to make sure orders are processed fast. Since we process orders so quickly, your order is already in the works when we receive it, so you’ll have to return the products after receiving them.
